Passionate Churches LLC offers scalable consulting engagements that will help your church identify and close gaps between current reality and future vision. Offerings include secret worshiper reporting with affiliated partner Jason Moore of Midnight Oil Productions, onsite assessment of mission and ministry in action, staffing and organizational reviews, alignment of budget with mission and ministry goals and the development of action plans for reaching God’s preferred future picture.

Coaching

Coaching is one of the most effective tools for helping new or seasoned leaders take both their self-leadership and leadership of others to a deeper and more sustainable level. Passionate Churches will help you assess your gaps and growth areas and then equip you with the insights, systems, tools and support you need to lead effectively.

Training & Speaking

As an in-demand author and speaker, Mike travels globally to use his “gift of irritation” at a wide array of conferencing and training events to inspire and motivate leaders to bold new action on behalf of the Kingdom.

Using the living laboratory of Ginghamsburg Church’s multisite campuses as a backdrop, Mike and Karen, who also serves as Ginghamsburg Church’s Senior Executive Director, offer an annual opportunity called Basecamp. Basecamp is specifically designed for pastors and key church “leaders of leaders” who are serious about Kingdom growth. This intensive five-day “camp” will prepare you to scale to the next elevation in ministry and mission.

Training is also customizable to the needs of your specific church, district, conference or leadership cohort. Session options can include: empowering leaders to lead; growing a discipleship culture; the picture, plan and practice of missional movements, missional marketing and messaging; self-leadership, money matters, organizational management, preaching, strategic planning basics, living out the mission as a passionate church and more.
